3D Visualizer

Responsibilities:

Creating 3D models of objects, environments, or characters based on design concepts, sketches, or technical drawings.

Utilize advanced rendering techniques, lighting setups, and materials to produce photorealistic imagery.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications throughout the drafting process.

Producing realistic visualizations of architectural designs, products, or concepts for marketing or presentation purposes.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.

Carrying out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.



Requirements:

Minimally a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.

Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the property or construction industry.

Experience in quality Visualisation on Property Launching Visual products of Rendering perspectives.

Verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, MS Office, 3D software, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Able to understand and interpret architectural documentation drawings

A portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality architectural visualizations is required.
