Position: Academy Instructor / Trainer

As a Academy Instructor / Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning sessions as part of our upcoming training academy scheduled for April / May 2026. You will deliver both technical and soft-skills based training modules based on the needs of our staff, partners and selected external participants.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training sessions (classroom / practical / workshop formats).

Prepare training materials, assessments, and learning resources.

Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to customise content aligned with organisational goals.

Support continuous improvement of training curriculum and methodologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in training, teaching, facilitation, or instructional delivery.
- Expertise in technical automotive subjects, adult learning methodology, or a relevant professional field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to adapt delivery style to diverse audience profiles.
- Passion for helping others grow and develop professionally.
