Job Description

Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and expense reports

Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems

Perform data entry for financial transactions into accounting software

Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts

Support accounts payable and receivable processes

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries

Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when needed
