Account Executive

Job Description
· Assist in managing e-commerce accounts across multiple platforms.
· Conduct account reconciliation (對賬) including verifying orders, payments, fees, and settlement reports.
· Track daily sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with platform rules, company policies, and brand guidelines.
· Ad hoc will assigned by HOD/Manager.

Job Requirement
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplace platforms are more advantage.
· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
