Account Executive

-Full Set Accounting: Maintain and manage a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
-Reconciliation: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
-Invoicing: Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
-Collections: Passing the updated records to account receivable exective.
-Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for leadership.
-Compliance: Assist in tax filings (SST), audit preparations, and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.

Requirements
-Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance.
-Education: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
-Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBook) and Excel / Google Spreadsheet.
-Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
