ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Suria Jerai Electrical Sdn Bhd team in Gurun, Kedah. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers and vendors. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Process and record accounts payable invoices and credit notes

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation

Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring payments are made on time

Reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts and statements

Provide support to the finance team as needed

Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required
