Account Manager - Industrial Sales

Position Summary:
-Execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
-Acquire new customers in industrial sectors (semiconductor, oil & gas, chemical, power)
-Build relationships with key decision-makers
-Conduct product demos and site visits
-Prepare quotations and contracts
-Manage customer accounts for satisfaction and growth
-Provide technical consultation on fluid systems
-Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
-Track market trends and competitors
-Maintain CRM records and forecasts
-Respond to inquiries and resolve issues quickly
-Conduct customer visits and needs assessments
-Provide after-sales support

Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector, oil & gas, or industrial products sales
-Additional language skills (e.g. proficiency in Mandarin , would be an advantage. We're seeking candidates with strong Mandarin language skills to effectively serve and communicate with our valued Mandarin-speaking clients
-Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships independently
-Proven capability in consultative selling and needs assessment techniques
-Willing to travel on short notice when required
