Accountant

- Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and expense claims.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government authorities.
- Prepare and submit tax-related matters, including corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
- Assist management in financial analysis, cost control, and business decision-making.
- Coordinate with headquarters in China on financial reporting and accounting matters.
- Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
