Accountant

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Prefer experience in related field.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions /Organize receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual budgets / Monitor spending to ensure IT stays within the budget.
Issue invoices to clients for photography services / Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Calculate and process monthly staff salaries / Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
Reconcile studio bank statements with accounting records.
Record and categorize studio expenses (e.g. equipment, props, software).
Prepare and file tax documents (e.g. SST, income tax) / Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Prepare monthly financial statements for management / Generate profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor cost of items used in shoots (e.g. frames, albums, printing materials).
Provide financial insights to help management make business decisions.
