Accounts and Finance Executive

What you'll be doing
-Reconciling and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and general ledger
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
-Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
-Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
-Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
-Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for
-Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar accounts and finance role, preferably within the healthcare industry
-Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
-Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
-Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
