Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:-

-Perform day-to-day accounting transactions (AR, AP and GL)
-Ensure all the transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
-Prepare relevant reconciliations, reports and analysis.
-Drive process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and streamlining workflow.
-Liaise with relevant parties (Internal / external).
-Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior and Management.


Requirements:-
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Ability to work independently and willing to adapt changes.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge in ERP accounting system will be added advantages.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Five-day work week.
