职位描述
Diploma or degree in Accounting, or a recognized
professional accounting qualification.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or
equivalent are an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working
experience.
Experience in handling a full set of accounts
independently is an added advantage.
Familiar with computerized accounting systems
and possesses a hands-on working attitude.Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal
skills.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
Full set of accounts including General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed
Assets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports in a timely manner, in accordance with
accounting standards and company policies.
Perform month-end and year-end closing
activities.
Manage cash flow, banking facilities, and treasury
functions.
Prepare and verify credit payment, collections,
staff claims and petty cash.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company
secretaries, and bankers.
Manage team members in relation to task
distribution, in line with the Accounts Department’s
goals and direction.
Support management with financial analysis,
reporting, and ad-hoc projects.
Strengthen and ensure adherence to internal
controls and financial procedures.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
