Accounts Payable - Japanese Speakers

What you'll be doing

Processing and managing vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner

Reconciling accounts payable balances and resolving any discrepancies

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions

Providing support to the Finance team and other departments as needed

Assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient accounts payable operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role

Strong proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Japanese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
