Aesthetic Customer Ambassador (医美机构客服大使）

Your duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:

Responsible for handling all customers’ enquiries and requests from our digital platforms / calls promptly and professionally to achieve new leads show up target.

Convince and enrol any interested customers by accepting online payments.

Provide starting price details and promotions to customers.

Ensure all enquiries are replied to and recorded within the stipulated time.

Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.

Consistently cross-sell and upsell treatment packages / products and services during customer interaction.

Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers’ loyalty.

Communicate effectively with the team and/or other departments if needed to encourage a positive working environment.

Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior/management.



✅Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aesthetic or beauty lines.

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a mandatory requirement to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).

Ability to work during weekends or public holidays as when needed.
