About the Role
Waimin Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a hands-on and results-driven AI & Automation Specialist to drive the adoption of AI across our business operations.

This role focuses on applying AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, marketing performance, customer engagement, and decision-making. You will work closely with management to identify opportunities and implement practical, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for business processes.
Build automations across marketing, sales, customer service, and reporting workflows.
Use AI tools (e.g. Grok and similar platforms) for content creation, analysis, and productivity.
Design and optimise prompt workflows and AI-assisted processes.
Analyse data to generate customer insights and support forecasting.
Build dashboards and reporting systems.
Integrate AI tools with CRM systems and internal workflows.
Research and test new AI tools and technologies.
Train internal teams on AI usage and best practices.
Ensure secure, responsible, and effective use of AI tools.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3–6years of experience in AI, automation, data analytics, software development, or related fields.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make) or similar platforms.
Familiarity with APIs or basic scripting (e.g. Python) is a plus.
Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar).
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Good communication and ability to work across teams.
Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution (not just theory).
Nice to Have
Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.
Exposure to CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Experience testing or implementing new AI tools.
