Job Responsibilities

Study current company workflows and identify areas that can be improved with AI or automation

Research, test, and implement suitable AI tools for different departments

Create AI-assisted workflows for customer service, marketing, HR, operations, and e-commerce

Develop prompt libraries, templates, and simple SOPs for internal team usage

Train staff on how to use AI tools effectively in their daily work

Monitor latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices

Track productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and time-saving results after implementation

Assist in automating reporting, content creation, meeting summaries, and internal processes

Work together with teams to ensure AI solutions are practical and easy to use

Job Requirements

1–5 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, operations improvement, or related fields

Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms

Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and no-code automation tools

Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Fast learner with interest in new technology and AI trends

Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams

Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset

Ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutions

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience with Zapier, Make. com, Python, or API integrations

Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce systems

Experience using AI video, design, or content generation tools

Knowledge in process optimization or productivity tracking
