AIR EXPORT OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily air export operations, including shipment planning and execution.

Lead and monitor team productivity to ensure efficient and timely outbound shipments.

Train, guide, and develop team members to meet departmental quality objectives.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures and customer requirements.

Monitor costs and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.

Promote strong communication of customer requirements within the team.

Initiate and manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and corrective actions when required.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality and cost.

Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma

Literacy in MS Office

Experience in airfreight / air export operations is highly preferred.

Strong sense of responsibility with good work ethic.

Positive attitude and able to work well in a team environment.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an added advantage.
