To ensure all shipment submit to airline ground handling agent on timely manner according to standard airline cut off time.

To ensure HB accuracy with target of 99.0% accuracy.

To ensure documentation submit to airline ground handling agent on timely manner according to standard airline cut off time.

Update of MAWB and HAWB into source system as per customer invoice, tariff , auto rating , e-mail or desk file on timely manner.

Printing manifest from source system on timely manner.

Ensure team are monitored on printing label on time as per Booking Sheet from CS handover by Carrier Planning Team.

Ensure team identify cargoes for labelling against BS for WD and for general cargo against shipper Invoice.

Ensure team send pre alert docs are scanned on timely manner into One SCAN.

Perform Seal & Breakseal for Import and Export shipments

Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
