Application Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales/Application Engineer to support pump and water system sales activities — mainly office-based, with occasional site or client visits. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in product selection to ensure customers receive the right technical and commercial support.

What You’ll Do

Handle and follow up quotations in a timely manner.

Support customers through phone and email inquiries.

Assist with pumps & blower selection and technical recommendations.

Coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.

Work closely with outdoor sales engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain proper documentation and customer records.

Provide consistent, professional customer support and service.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, application, or technical support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of pumps , blowers or related products will be an advantage.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

PC literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
