TradeBeyond is searching for an Application Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade finance platform and providing exceptional support to our users.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to TradeBeyond users via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner

Document support interactions and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer

Maintain accurate records of all support inquiries and resolutions

Identify and escalate complex issues to the development team

Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of the Tradebeyond platform

Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them

Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless user experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in application support or a related field

Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good verbal and written English is required.

Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Issue & Project tracking software like Jira is preferred
