Architectural Supervisor

1. To assist the Project Engineer to supervise all construction works on the project.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
3. To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
4. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
5. To implement project operations and document control procedures.
6. To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
7. To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site.
8. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
9. To ensure that all architectural works are carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
11. To carry out inspection and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to
specifications.
12. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
13. To study all construction drawings and do checking to help reduce discrepancies across different trades and to highlight such discrepancies
14. To assist subcontractors in carrying out their duties and scope of works efficiently and assist in controlling material wastage and machinery idling
