Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and motivate a team of staff across multiple locations.
-Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
-Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
-Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback to staff.
-Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve company goals.
