Your role

You will oversee the distributors within the assigned region, lead sales planning and coach the team to align with business strategies and meet targets. Apart from that, you will also develop trade-specific strategies, plan distribution routes, drive shipments and market sales, explore new opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and coach distributors team to ensure outstanding trade execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field

Minimum 3 years of experience handling service distributors, preferably within the FMCG industry

Skilled in managing operations across Sabah

Experienced in driving change and building brands with an entrepreneurial mindset
