Area Sales Manager 销售经理

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or retail supervision.
-Experience in the furniture, mattress, or home furnishing industry will be a plus.
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Willing to travel. Accepting business trips.
-Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee sales performance across assigned areas.
-Sales performance in the area you are responsible for
-Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
-Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
-Plan and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen dealer relationships.
-Plan, organize, and supervise furniture fairs and events participated in by dealers or event teams, including setup, sales coordination, and promotions.
-Conduct regular outlet visits.
