Assembly Worker

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out manual assembly work per work instruction and documented ISO procedures.
- Handles all tooling in a safe and careful manner during assembly and storage.
- Ensures production targets are met effectively and efficiently.
- Participates in teams and task forces within both manufacturing and the company when required.
- Abides by company safety policies and procedures, including general housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
- Ensures consistent quality of output & conformance to documented specifications.
- Identifies cost savings within manufacturing.
- Ensure assembly work is carried out at optimal level of efficiency; works on reducing product assemble times.
- Identifies and segregates rejected or questionable materials (in-process) from conforming materials.
- Complete salvage plan form according to documented ISO procedures.
- Labels, packs and transfers product when required, handling products with care at all times.
- Complete production reports in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of Intermediate 5S ( Area Owner ).
- Capable to handle minimum Two of the Machine/Equipment skills.
- To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies
