Assistant Area Sales Officer (based in Klang Valley)

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor business operations of agent outlets and ensure compliance of company policies and operating procedures.

Motivate and coach agents and their front-line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.

Develop and maintain good business relationship with agents and customers.

Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.

Prepare sales and inventory reports.


What We’re Looking For:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in sales operations.

Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Good command of English, Mandarin and local dialects to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

Able to multi-task and work independently.

Familiar with local area and possess own transport.
