Assistant Cafe Manager - Medan Niaga Kuala Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing, visual merchandising, operations and fulfill any duties assigned by the Cafe Manager.

Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the profitable store, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange crew schedules, and educating all crews on all products & services.

Document & complete shift report.

Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.

Properly open and close the cafe as well as handling and taking over shifts.

Verify and submit crew attendance in a timely manner.

Retain and grooming crews.

Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.
