Assistant Data Analysis Manager

Job Description:
As an Assistant Data Analyst Manager at CHAGEE Headquarters, you will lead a team responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various primary and secondary sources. Your role will involve overseeing the development and maintenance of databases, performing complex data analysis, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources efficiently.

- Identify and rectify coding errors and corrupted data to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data into a readable format for analysis.

- Perform in-depth analysis to assess the quality and significance of data, identifying patterns and trends.

- Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems.

- Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets, facilitating diagnosis and prediction.

- Assign numerical value to essential business functions for assessing and comparing business performance over time.

- Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and the industry.

- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

- Present final analysis reports to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions based on various facts and trends.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a managerial role.

- Proficiency in data extraction tools and database management systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques for data analysis and interpretation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
