职位描述
Role Purpose
Planning and defining scope, objectives and deliverable for Central Ordering function under the new ERP system.
Main Responsibilities
Business Acumen
Defining and documenting new improved procedures and business processes for Central Ordering.
Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
People
Report team on progress as well as escalate issues and propose solutions to PMO.
Cooperate with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues.
Process
Lead key user integration testing and UAT for Central Ordering.
Analyse & Implementing Central Ordering across various business unit.
Ensuring process is align with company expansion plan.
Managing risks and issues for process area.
Responsible in inventory management to ensure consistent stocks availability.
Forecasting and Ordering for Normal & Promotion replenishment.
To establish and manage vendor service level, order fulfillment and performance.
Monitor & analyse current process to drive Improvement in system forecasting and replenishment module.
Develop tracking on vendor’s service level and fulfillment rate. Drive discussion with merchant and vendor to address issues and for improvement.
To perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experiences
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Management / Science / Engineering, IT or any other related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Central Ordering environment preferably in Retail industry.
Extensive experience in new ERP implementation for Central Ordering, ideally in a retail environment.
Familiarity with LS Retail will be an added advantage.
Strong change management skills - strength in communicating & working effectively with broad stakeholders in various business disciplines.
Strong project management skills with ability to objectively evaluate options / trade-offs and develop executive management - level recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
