Position Summary: Supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution across all departments. The AM acts as a key operational driver, bridging strategy and execution while maintaining service quality, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Support & Execution:

Assist the Manager in executing business strategies and operational plans

Oversee daily operations and step in to manage departments when required

Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements

Track operational performance metrics and highlight gaps proactively

Client & Service Delivery:

Support management of key client accounts and maintain service standards

Handle day-to-day client communications and resolve operational issues

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved

Coordinate service delivery improvements based on client feedback

Team Coordination:

Supervise and coordinate activities across departments

Assist in setting team targets and tracking KPI performance

Provide guidance and support to team leads and supervisors

Ensure alignment and communication between departments

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Prepare operational and performance reports for the Manager

Monitor cost control measures and operational budgets

Identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions

Support data-driven decision making across departments

Business Development Support:

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market expansion

Support proposal preparation and client presentations

Coordinate onboarding of new clients and operational setup

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

5–8 years experience in finance/operations role, preferably in manpower/services

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control skills

Detail-oriented, structured, and firm

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
