Assistant Manager - Marketing

You will be responsible to

Establish effective pricing strategies designed to maximize profitable ensuring top line growth in all served markets.

Maintain accurate record of pricing, sales and activity reports.

Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and development trends.

Implement marketing program in line with approved marketing plans and budget.

Prepare marketing materials for product launches and events.

Coordinate and organize product launches, road shows and promotional events.

Implementing the applied marketing strategies to plan and implement the marketing activities in line with marketing plan and objectives.

Ensure on time submission of all the application & renewal of Developer’s License, Sales & Advertising Permit, Form 7 (e) & (f) and all other relevant documents in accordance to Housing Developer’s Act and any other requirements of other local authorities.

Perform market research to monitor industry’s outlook and competitor’s growth strategy to keep up with the competition.

Liaise with local authorities on application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits.

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must be graduate at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing/ Public Relation/ Mass Communication/ Media or equivalent.

With at least 4 years relevant working experiences in Marketing/ online marketing/ PR with a Property Developer.

Extensive marketing experience in conventional & online marketing.

Computer proficiency

Budgeting, research and analysis.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage.

Working hours 5 days.

Working at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Full Time position.
