Assistant Manager (Non Halal)

Requirements
-LOCAL - MALAYSIAN ONLY
-ABLE TO WORK WITH ALCOHOL & PORK (Euro Deli is a NON HALAL establishment)
-Achieve at least SPM education.
-Previous customer service or food service experience (if any).
-Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
-Basic food and beverage menu knowledge and POS system familiarity.
-Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle stress in busy settings.
-Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
-Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
-Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers.
-Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables.
-Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and organized.
-Assist Customers: Answer questions about the menu, suggest items, and address customer concerns.
-Process Payments: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide change or receipts.
-Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
-Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest needs and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience
