Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition/Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and pre-onboarding engagement.

Responsible to source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews.

Identify future talent needs; work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements

Coordinate with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process to identify the best talent.

Be the first point of contact for queries regarding the recruitment area, supporting employees and candidates.

Contribute to projects related in recruitments, within the HR department or across functions.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.





Requirement:

Possess at least an education level of Diploma in any relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment agency or in-house recruitment.

Fluent in English and other languages will be an added advantage.
