Assistant Operations Manager (Retail)

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and retail operations (Pavilion, Damansara & KLIA).
-Ensure full SOP compliance, sales report accuracy, and proper cash handling.
-Monitor inventory, wastage, KPIs, and implement cost control measures.
-Handle maintenance issues, including repair and upkeep scheduling.
-Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
-Support catering operations in coordination with the MARCOM team (event manpower, setup, feedback).
-Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements
-Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or retail operations management, preferably F&B.
-Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
-Able to work independently, travel between outlets, and manage multiple priorities.
