🏗️ We’re Hiring: Assistant Procurement Manager (Project)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to support procurement operations for high-end residential and commercial projects. You’ll assist in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the timely delivery of construction materials and services to ensure cost control and project efficiency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with project needs, budgets, and timelines

Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations/tenders, and support contract negotiations

Coordinate with site and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials

Monitor procurement expenses and support budget tracking

Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in supplier performance evaluation

Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and relevant regulations

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution

🎯 Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction or consultancy industry

Proficient in CAD, BIM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (a must)

Strong understanding of construction materials and procurement processes

Good negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Able to handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines
