Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Assist the Production Manager in planning, controlling, and monitoring all production operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
-Lead and guide Section Heads and Supervisors in executing production schedules within budget and time constraints.
-Oversee quality control, inventory control, and coordination of production activities with other departments.
-Monitor and enforce production standards, efficiency, and safety compliance across all lines.
-Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization initiatives.
-Collaborate closely with other departments to plan and implement company goals, policies, and procedures.
-Analyze production performance data, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
-Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of all production information.

-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and Internal Quality Auditing.
-Familiar with CNC machining processes and manufacturing technologies.
-Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or engineering roles.
-Exposure to Health & Safety Management, SPC, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
