Assistant Project Coordinator

Job Summary
This role supports the successful introduction of new semiconductor products by coordinating IC testing activities, logistics execution, and manufacturing process readiness. This role works closely with Engineering, test operation, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure the required collaterals are available, with production system and process setup are ready for product ramp. The candidate will also work with Marketing on WiP continuation, and with department manager on routine performance tracking and billing of processed goods.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. NPI Project and IC testing Coordination
• Support project managers and NPI leads in planning, coordinating, and tracking NPI activities.
• Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Escalate schedule risks, resource constraints, and project issues when necessary.
• Perform routine audit on test inventory record.

2. Logistics Management
• Coordinate shipment of engineering samples, qualification units, and evaluation materials.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and delays.
• Track material movement across suppliers, subcontractors, test houses, and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain logistics documentation and shipment records.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, semiconductor operations, manufacturing, NPI, test engineering support, or supply chain coordination.

• An inexperienced candidate with strong organizational and analytical skills may be considered.
