Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

This full-time position at Malaysia Milk Sdn Bhd is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the quality and safety of our food and beverage products. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality assurance throughout our production and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

To supervise the daily operations of the QA laboratory.

To ensure all QC matters and tests are performed in accordance to the described work instructions

To verify all QC test records.

To assist the QA Manager to investigate the root cause of non-conformity in in-coming materials, in-process products and finished products.

To assist the QA Manager to investigate consumer complaint.

To assist the QA Manager to carry out research and development work.

To ensure laboratory equipment are calibrated in accordance to the calibration schedule.

To assist the QA Manager to evaluate the suitability of raw and packaging material sample from supplier.

To report any non-conformity in in-comings, in-process products and finished products to QA Manager.

To participate in internal quality and food safety audits programmes.

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

Any other tasks given from time to time by the QA Manager.
