What You’ll Be Doing

Partner Development

-Support our Premium and Platinum Resellers to grow their business to franchise-level standards.

-Guide partners in improving their sales process, daily operations, and team capabilities.

-Work together on business plans, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales Growth

-Drive sales performance by tracking results, inventory, and customer trends.

-Create and roll out effective promotions to boost sales.

-Monitor partner account health, including payment and credit control.

Key Customer Engagement

- Train partners to build strong relationships with designers, architects, and contractors.

-Coach them on solution selling and key account management to win more projects.

-Collaborate on customer engagement and project pipelines.

Training & Market Support

-Conduct product, sales, and customer experience training for partner teams.

-Support local marketing activities, trade events, and promotional campaigns.

-Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our strategies.



What We’re Looking For

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

-Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in solution or consultative selling.

-Proven experience in key account management or business partner development.

-Background in working with dealers, distributors, or retail partners (franchise experience is a plus).

-Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.

-Fluency in Mandarin is a must to work closely with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
