ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (TRX)

Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example, help manage and train the team, and ensure standards of quality, cleanliness, and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise team members
Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Manage stock levels, product quality, and inventory control
Monitor store performance and contribute to sales growth
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
Support rostering, staff performance reviews, and shift planning
Ensure adherence to Boost Juice brand standards and policies
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience in food & beverage or retail (leadership experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
