职位描述
The Assistant to Group CEO provides high-level executive, business development, and administrative support to the Group CEO. This role requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills to support strategic initiatives, business growth, client engagement, and daily executive operations.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between the Group CEO, clients, business partners, and internal departments.
• Coordinate and follow up on meetings, action plans, and business decisions, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
• Review, summarize, and provide insights on business agreements, proposals, and strategic matters.
• Support business development initiatives, sales activities, tender submissions, and client relationship management.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support company growth.
• Assist in developing and executing business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, presentations, reports, correspondence, and business documents.
• Manage confidential matters, meeting arrangements, executive schedules, and professional communications.
• Handle tender documentation and ensure compliance with client and consultant requirements.
• Coordinate projects, stakeholder communications, and post-sales client support.
• Support revenue generation efforts and contribute towards achieving company KPI targets.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as directed by the Group CEO.
Requirements
• Holding a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveyor, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in executive support, business development, sales, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in tender management, client servicing, or corporate communications is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
