Asst HR Manager-Tebrau(REF:TN)

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years managerial experience in HR in manufacturing
-Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional offices in China/Taiwan/Hong Kong
-Lead and manage overall HR & Admin operations at HQ factory (Johor Bahru) and 2 factories (Selangor).
-Supervise a team of HR , SHE & Admin (eg: Receptionists, Dispatch, Cleaners, Security Guards, etc)
-Oversee HR planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO/IATF, and company policies.
-Plan and execute CSR, employee engagement & welfare programs.
-Maintain workplace safety, 5S, and compliance with DOSH/DOE.
