Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
5–7 years’ experience in QS roles
Detail-oriented, with knowledge in construction & ID works
Able to manage multiple projects under pressure
Responsibilities
Assist QS Manager in leading QS operations
Review tender documents and assist in cost estimation
Prepare interim claims, variation orders & final accounts
Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and clients
