Scope of Position
Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft to ensure they meet regulatory standards for safety and performance. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, performing repairs or replacements of components, and adhering to maintenance schedules outlined by aviation authorities. The LAE may also supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and document all maintenance activities for record-keeping and regulatory purposes.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aircraft maintenance tasks as assigned.
Perform assigned tasks within specific time frames while maintaining high quality standards.
Ensure a conducive working environment through good housekeeping and proper use of tools, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements related to tasks performed.
Practice good work attitude and demonstrate leadership qualities at all times.
Take initiative to acquire relevant knowledge to improve work performance.
Manage consumables efficiently during maintenance activities, including controlling spare wastage.
Distribute tasks evenly among team members and foster team spirit.
Be responsible for personnel performance, training, compliance, and staff evaluations.
Uphold Airbus Values, Leadership Model, and Code of Conduct, serving as an example to others.
Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
Hold a CAAM B1.3 license with at least one Airbus Helicopters type rated endorsement. Additional types are advantageous. Minimum 5 years experience with Airbus Helicopters products.
Possess a Part 66 Category B1.3 license, preferably with CAA Malaysia ratings.
Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS).
Good understanding of EASA/FAA and CAAM regulations.
Rated with EC225 is an advantage.
This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, foundational to the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
