Job brief

This position is responsible for driving B2B sales of Consumer Electronic Products (CEP) and Smart Workplace Solutions across the Malaysian market. The role focuses on developing and managing key business partners, sales integrators and corporate clients to achieve sustainable sales growth and market penetration. The incumbent will lead efforts in building strategic partnerships, cross-selling integrated solutions and expanding Sharp's presence in corporate, project and commercial segments. This position support the broader objective of expanding B2B sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Consumer Electronics and Smart Workplace Solutions across Malaysia.

Achieve over 20% year-on-year growth through targeted partner development and key account management.

Identify and recruit new B2B partners, including resellers, corporate procurement channels, and system integrators (SIs).

Promote cross-selling of new solutions (e.g. Hospitality, Digital Signage, and Air Purifiers) as part of an integrated offering to corporate clients.

Conduct regular business reviews, sales training, and engagement sessions with SIs and key business partners.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and solution builder teams to drive sales campaigns and bundled solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously adapt and refine sales strategies.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence updates.

Attend business meetings, solution demonstrations, and tender presentations to support account and partner engagement.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance, pricing policies, and commercial terms.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related discipline.

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, ICT or integrated solutions.

Strong track record in partner/channel management and driving enterprise sales.

Experience in dealing with project-based sales, tender processes, or corporate procurement is an advantage.

Knowledge of Smart Workplace, IoT-enabled devices or commercial applications of CEP is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Willing to travel across Malaysia based on business needs.
