Baker cum Floor Service Crew

Baking Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake cakes, scones, brownies, cookies, waffles, and other bakery items according to Haus 7 recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning of all baked products.
• Decorate and present bakery items attractively.
• Monitor baking schedules and production quantities to minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of baking equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Perform stock checks and report ingredient shortages to supervisors.
• Follow food safety, hygiene at all times.

Floor Service Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to Haus 7 service standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and customer facilities are clean and presentable.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback courteously.
• Support opening and closing duties of the café.
