Bancassurance Development Manager

What you'll be doing

Manage and achieve the bancassurance sales performance within the designated region

Coach and provide advisory on insurance planning to customers through joint appointment with bankers when engaging with HNW customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies to drive activities and business growth

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience within Financial Services (Bank, Insurance) under Business Development

Familiar with Life Insurance is a must

Experience in engaging with High Net Worth customers will be an added advantage
