Qualifications
-Minimum SPM/Secondary School education in any field
-Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
-Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
-Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new knowledge
-Team player with the ability to work independently
-Own transport and willing to travel if required
-Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage
-Willing to work on rotational shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
-Committed to long-term employment
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-No barista experience needed - full training will be provided

This position contributes to LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Excellence Consumer Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with LUCKIN COFFEE MALAYSIA guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
