Barista

Main Responsibilities:
-Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
-Provide food/beverage recommendations according to customer tastes.
-Promote menus and special offers with confidence (upselling).
-Ensure the lounge area is always neat, clean and organized.
-Handle payments and check receipts properly.
-Assist in inventory review and stock replenishment if needed.
-Maintaining cleanliness of work area including sweeping, wiping, and cleaning doors/glasses.
-Provide an excellent customer service experience.

Required Criteria:
-Experience working as a Waiter or Receptionist is an advantage.
-Know restaurant service etiquette and basic hygiene practices.
-Have good communication skills (in person or over the phone).
-Able to manage time and tasks during busy times.
-Willing to work in shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
-Physically healthy and able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
