Barista - Cafe Crew (Bangsar)

GetLaashed The Studio isn't your typical café, it's where beauty, matcha and lifestyle meet.
We're home to lash lifts, matcha lattes, and photo-worthy corners, a space built for cool girls, creators, and café lovers to slow down, sip something good, and romanticise the little moments.
We're now looking for passionate, detail-loving Barista & Café Crew members to join our small but growing team as we open our flagship space in Bangsar.

What You'll Be Doing
-Craft and serve a curated menu of 5-6 drinks - from matcha lattes to seasonal coolers with care and consistency.
-Prepare and serve light food items like freshly made waffles and small café bites.
-Take and prepare orders quickly and accurately, always with great service and a smile.
-Handle daily ordering, stock checks, and restocking of ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
-Keep the bar and prep area clean, organised, and efficient throughout the day.
-Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from opening prep to closing duties.
-Be part of creating a space that feels memorable, cosy, and Instagrammable.

Who You Are
-Friendly, reliable and genuinely passionate about café culture.
-Basic barista or F&B experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
-A lover of matcha, coffee, waffles, and aesthetics.
-Comfortable handling both front-of-house service and back-end operations like stock management and prep.
-A good communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
-Comfortable working weekends and peak hours.
